Hard to believe me as a PT did not like strength training. Cardio got me two new hips. Strength training is now saving my balance and bones. I would rather lift heavy and spend less time doing it.

What a morning looks like
- It is not live. There is nothing to missEach morning's session goes up at midnight and stays there. Press play at 5am or at 9pm, whenever suits you, and you get the whole thing with all the prompting.
- We tell you what is comingEvery movement explained before you pick anything up, so you are never guessing mid-set.
- Warm-up togetherShort, on camera, with us. Not a paragraph you skip.
- Then your twenty minutesAlways twenty. Never twenty five, never about half an hour. We do it with you, the whole way.
You train Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Thursday and Sunday you rest, and your streak is safe.

I am a personal trainer and even trainers need trainers to change things up and add an extra layer of accountability. The challenge was just that. You had us do some exercises that are not in my rotations.
Nora★★★★★
I taught group fitness classes for fourteen years. I loved waking up every morning not knowing what my workout was going to be, only that it was going to be great. It got me out of my rut and taught me some new things, and I am 55.
Julie★★★★★
I left CrossFit two years ago after going for twelve. The challenge offered me a program with great videos and accountability.
Janet★★★★★
It is just 20 minutes. We went from sitting on the couch to committing to the 30 day challenge and now it is part of our daily routine. The best part, we do it together and motivate each other to get it done.

Nothing to lose by trying it
Cancel in one click, any day you like, including the day after you join. No phone call, no reason required, no billing while somebody gets back to you.
What it does not include
The 20. That is twenty seats, one month, with both of us on the other end of a voice memo every day, and it is applied for rather than bought. It is not part of this and never will be, because twenty is twenty. Here it is if that is what you actually want.
Make an account, then lock your rate
$14/mo, cancel whenever you like, and what you have bought outright stays yours either way.
Twelve months of all of it. You pay for 6. A year at the regular $19 a month is $228. Pay once and it is $114, so 6 months are free and it comes out at $9.50 a month. The reason it is cheaper is not complicated: paid up front, we are not chasing a card twelve times a year.
Cancelling stops the challenges, the library and the nutrition guide, because those come with the membership. Anything you bought on its own, like Cass’s guide or Total Core Plus, you keep.
Questions people actually ask
What equipment do I need?
One dumbbell or one kettlebell covers almost everything. A few sessions are bodyweight only, and every movement has a scaled version.
I have a bad back. Is this safe?
Core Plus has no crunches and no sit-ups, and every session carries back-friendly notes. Scale anything, and ask us on the kickoff call.
What if I miss a day?
Rest days do not break your streak, and if you miss one and ask us, we put it back. Nobody has ever had to justify it.
Do I need a partner to do this?
No. Plenty of people do it alone. It is called the Twenty Minute Marriage because of how we train, not because you need a spouse.
What happens after the three months?
$14 a month, locked at that rate forever if you pre-register. Cancel whenever you like, and what you bought stays yours.
My spouse wants to do it too. Do we need two memberships?
No. One covers both of you. This whole thing is built around marriages, so a married couple signs up once and we set your spouse up with their own free access: separate logins, separate phones, everything open on both. You do not have to train in the same room or even the same hour. Buy once, then reply to any email from us and we will sort it.
What time is the kickoff call, and what if I cannot make it?
Sunday 18 October, 5pm Pacific, the evening before we start, so your food and your kit are sorted and Monday morning is just the workout. It is recorded and sent to everybody in the challenge either way, so missing it costs you nothing.
What if I cannot afford it right now?
Then do it for free, and we mean that. The free version of the October challenge gives you a brand new twenty minute workout every morning for the whole thirty days, the same one the paying people are doing, plus the community. No card and nothing that turns into a bill. The paid version adds us on camera doing the session with you, the live calls and the library. The training is the same training.
If the money is the problem, do it for nothing
The workout of the day is free and always will be. New every morning, written out in full, no card and nothing that turns into a bill.
